The Implementation Agency of the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic (IA MoLSAF SR) is the organisation financed by the state budget and set up by the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic (MoLSAF SR).
The IA MoLSAF SR acts as intermediary body for the Operational Programme Human Resources (OP HR) for Priority Axis 2, 3 and 4, In the programming period 2014-2020 and ensures implementation through demand-driven projects financed by the European Social Fund and also acts in the position of the beneficiary in case of the national projects.
Within the framework of its priorities, the IA MoLSAF SR contributes to the growth of the employment rate of young people who are unemployed and do not continue in education or vocational preparation for the labour market, long-term unemployed, low-skilled, the elderly and disabled. Furthermore, it contributes to improving the access to the labour market, and increases interregional labour mobility, promoting self-employment and activities in the rural areas. It also participates in the improvement of conditions for reconciling work and family life, which should increase the employment rate of the persons with family responsibilities, particularly women.

Demand-oriented projects are implemented on the basis of calls for proposals. The applicant prepares and submits an application for a non-repayable financial contribution exclusively on the basis of the announced call for proposals. Calls for proposals are announced in accordance with the delegated powers by the Intermediate Body under the Managing Authority.
A national project is a special type of project financed from the ESF, which is implemented by a selected beneficiary in order to achieve the objectives in the field of active employment and education policy. The initiative and basic methodological basis for the implementation of national projects, on the basis of which the applicant for NFP prepares and submits applications for NFP, is the invitation of the applicant by the managing authority.
A national project is a set of activities and activities covered by the provision of assistance. These activities and activities are carried out by a person according to a special regulation 1) or are carried out mainly in the areas of employment, occupational safety, family policy and lifelong learning. The national project may include activities and activities that serve to verify the assumptions of the implementation of the national project.
